I train with Mateo for some time now. He is a really great trainer and an amazing guy. Flexible in his time, strict and trains me to my max. Without him, my sports gear would be in the cupboard like forever! Because of him, I am motivated and more active! I am certainly more healthy and I feel very vibrant and “zit goed in mijn vel”!

Mateo and Linda were my trainers. I laughed a lot with them, but especially good sports. I’ve never been so fit. Every lesson is different, a good atmosphere and the studio is always clean. Recommended!
