Serdar is the founder of Motifaith Personal Training & Coaching. Serdar has known for his tailor-made/personalized and challenging workouts.
Starting at a young age with taekwondo as his sport, he quickly developed a passion for fitness, health, and activity.
He is specialized in revalidation, sport-specific strength training, and conditioning programs
Serdar has dedicated his career as a Personal Trainer to the research and development of superior training techniques to design programs to correct muscular imbalances, rehabilitate minor injuries, stimulate your fat-burning metabolism, dramatically improve strength, power, core stability, balance, endurance, mental function and flexibility at an accelerated pace. His uniquely customized programs successfully produce long-term behavioral modifications; vastly improve physical appearance, overall health, and quality of life.
His education and experience enable him to train a vast range of clients. Serdar doesn’t rely on conventional methods of exercise but instead uses his vast knowledge of biomechanics, exercise science, and nutrition, he develops personalized programs for his client’s needs.
