We recognise that everyone is an individual who requires a bespoke personal training programme to achieve their goals. As you start achieving your goals you will build your own self-directed motivation and replace fear and tension with focus and confidence. PERSONAL TRAINER BIOGRAPHY

Serdar is the founder of Motifaith Personal Training & Coaching. Serdar has known for his tailor-made/personalized and challenging workouts.

Starting at a young age with taekwondo as his sport, he quickly developed a passion for fitness, health, and activity.

He is specialized in revalidation, sport-specific strength training, and conditioning programs

Serdar has dedicated his career as a Personal Trainer to the research and development of superior training techniques to design programs to correct muscular imbalances, rehabilitate minor injuries, stimulate your fat-burning metabolism, dramatically improve strength, power, core stability, balance, endurance, mental function and flexibility at an accelerated pace. His uniquely customized programs successfully produce long-term behavioral modifications; vastly improve physical appearance, overall health, and quality of life.

His education and experience enable him to train a vast range of clients. Serdar doesn’t rely on conventional methods of exercise but instead uses his vast knowledge of biomechanics, exercise science, and nutrition, he develops personalized programs for his client’s needs.

Career History

February 2013 – present

  • Proud owner and Director of Motifaith Personal Training & Coaching.
  • Within the collaboration with Basic-Fit, he also works as Head Trainer.

October 2011 – December 2014

  • Worked at sports clubs such as David Lloyd, Health City, Ladies Gym America and Sport Centrum Hollander as Group Exercise and Fitness Trainer. Given a variety of lessons such as BodyPump, Kickbag, Tae-bo and Spinning.

January 2006 – November 2010

  • Joined Turkish Land Forces.
  • Involved in the day to day intense practice and pieces of training.
  • Get certified by TSK as/in Struggle with Nature and Life Maintenance,
    Weapons Expert, Combat Lifesaver, Land Close Combat, Land Assault
  • After serving in Land Forces worked in Marmaris in a night club.
  • Did modelling and acting by BG Model Agency in Istanbul.

March 1998 – June 2005

  • Joined in Turkish National Police sports team.
  • Started his sports career with martial arts. He is a first-degree black belt and represented his team nationally.
  • As he gets interested in team sports, he played Volleyball several years for the local team.
