
PERSONAL TRAINER BIOGRAPHY
I approached sports at the age of 3, with swimming, then playing volleyball, basketball, and semi-professional obstacle horse-riding. I ran many half marathons, obstacles-spartan races, mountain bike races, practiced Bikram Yoga and in 2012 I discovered CrossFit.
This disclosed my true potential both physically and mentally and became a great passion, so far that I decided it was time for me to coach other people.
In 2014 I became a Certified Crossfit Coach and competition Judge.
Sport has been a still point for me: my motivation, my strength, my focus and my commitment to myself, in every life phase or challenge.
I am a very open-minded person, I have traveled a lot and left Italy to experience life abroad, several years ago.
My programs are tailored to my client’s goals. They are constantly varied, so to stimulate the body response with new challenges and build progressive, long-lasting results.
I approach every person valuing his/her unique personality, needs, priorities, lifestyle.
Training, improving health and wellness by focusing on nutrition as well, are powerful tools to improve our relationship with ourselves, and with the whole world. A small step and a well-built plan can drive you to wholly empowered life quality.
Nothing is more fulfilling to me than watching my clients happily surprise themselves of what we achieved together!
