I had several series of sessions at Motifaith several times. For me is a nice motivation when I am in a fitness dip.
What I find very easy about training with a personal trainer is that you do not have to devise a workout yourself, you have to count during a workout and you have to keep track of your results.
But the most important thing, I think, is the knowledge they share with you. I have always experienced this as very pleasant at Motifaith. Information is told clearly and comprehensively, and no question is too much or crazy. As a result, you know exactly what to pay attention to during training and you can focus even better. I also understand a lot more about healthy food choices and I can apply this in my daily life without too much effort.
All in all, the sessions at Motifaith always give me the tools to start working on my own again for a while !!!
