WHAT TO EXPECT FROM SMALL GROUP TRAINING.
An impactful group training starts with an individual intake. In a 1:1 evaluation, we discuss your goals as well as your lifestyle and physical history. We do this not only to define the best solution for you but also to be able to assign you to peers and make work on reaching your like-wise individual goals together. Under the supervision of the best suitable group trainer - of course.
Based on the result of the evaluation, we together choose for (or combine) our Total Body Workout sessions and/or Bootcamp sessions for 1-2 times a week. TBW is a training system that targets the whole body and is often performed as HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Trainings) to increase fitness performance. Bootcamp sessions combine bodyweight, weight and interval exercises and contribute to physical appearance and vitality. Progress is measured by your group coach every month and discussed with our Head Trainer upon request.
We expect you to bring your upmost enthusiasm and energy to the table - we will do the rest.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING PRICES
We want to make quality Group Training accessible to everyone. That’s why we organize sessions at different levels and durations, with different memberships - STARTING from €44 per month. Plus, you can decide on the 1:1 support you want to add. Being it measurements, app access or nutrition guidelines. Our Head Trainer will assign you to the solution matching your goals, training preferences and personal situation - as well as your budget.
