Linda really motivated me. She gave me the confidence to go on with my training program independently in the right way. As someone who doesn’t even remotely enjoy working out, going to the gym on a regular basis has always been a struggle. Thanks to my trainer (the lovely Linda). I’ve been on a consistent training schedule for months and I even look forward to my sessions now. Linda is professional, supportive and understanding. I had several series of sessions at Motifaith several times. For me is a nice motivation when I am in a fitness dip.
What I find very easy about training with a personal trainer is that you do not have to devise a workout yourself, you have to count during a workout and you have to keep track of your results.
But the most important thing, I think, is the knowledge they share with you. I have always experienced this as very pleasant at Motifaith. Information is told clearly and comprehensively, and no question is too much or crazy. As a result, you know exactly what to pay attention to during training and you can focus even better. I also understand a lot more about healthy food choices and I can apply this in my daily life without too much effort.
All in all, the sessions at Motifaith always give me the tools to start working on my own again for a while !!!

How long is the free period for Mobile App?
First 30 days trial period for Mobile App including Pro Membership.
Do I need to pay after 30 days?
Yes, it is possible to cancel any time before 30 days ends. Unless you stop the trial period, you will be charged automatically for the next month.
How much do I need to pay when the trial period ends?
The monthly payment of Pro membership is €8,95 per month.
Do I need to sign up for long period?
The membership will renew each month for another 30 days. You can cancel anytime before your 30 days end.
How does Video Coaching Sessions Works?
You will receive 1 credit which you can use any time in the month.
Can I decide to have Coaching or Training during my appointment?
Yes, you can decide together with your trainer how to use your sessions.
Is it possible for trainer to check and correct my movement?
Your coach can check your form or movement while you perfom the exercise during video call.
Which tool do you use during video call?
All of our coaches has account with most used Video call softwares or apps. Facebook, Zoom, Skype or Whatsapp can be used.
