WHAT TO EXPECT FROM PERSONAL TRAINING.
A perfect program starts with an extensive intake. In a 1:1 evaluation we discuss your goals as wel as your lifestyle and physical history. We run a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q test) and then make a plan of approach. Together, we prepare your body for training and (more) physical activity, to ensure a solid basis to start from. We can then maximize the output and results of your training program.
The training program includes training modules, direct coaching and nutritional guidelines. We adjust our schedule to yours and train at least 1-2 times a week together. If needed, we design a program to perform individually for 1-2 more times a week to reach your goals effectively.
PERSONAL TRAINING PRICES
We want to make quality Personal Training accessible to everyone. That’s why we work with qualified trainers at different levels, with different training options. In between measurements, coaching sessions and nutritional guidelines are all included. Our Head Trainer will assign you to the trainer matching your goals, training preferences and personal situation - as well as your budget.
