Yes because during our workouts, safety measures apply. We pay attention to keeping enough physical distance.

Can I invite my friend or family member?

Yes, we will be happy to meet them.

Do I need to pay extra if I bring a friend?

You can bring a friend any lesson by informing us in advance. You don’t need to pay extra for inviting a friend to the complimentary lesson.

Why don't you use equipment?

We want to keep you safe during the workout. Therefore, we try to minimize contact with mutual materials.

How can I book or cancel the classes?

You can simply do it by the schedule in the Motifaith mobile app.

Is it effective to workout only with body weight?

Yes, using your body weight can be as effective as training with free weights or weight machines.

Can I lose weight with outdoor training?

Yes, weight loss is related to your intake calories versus the calories you burn in the day. By participating in any type of exercise you will be increasing calorie expenditure. As long as its more then you eat you will start losing weight 🙂

Do I need to bring something to workout?

For safety purposes, we do recommend you bring your own bottle of water, an exercise mat, or a beach towel.

Can I cancel my membership anytime?

Yes, you can always cancel your membership by informing us in advance of 30 days.

Do I need to inform if I can not join the class?

Yes, you can save your credits by canceling your booking 24 hours in advance.
