WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
We start with the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q test), based on the result we design or assign you to one of our programs in our app. Next, to that, you will get full access to the app to design other training programs yourself, and to gather more insights on exercises per muscle group. We will evaluate your progress every 4 weeks, in 15 min. Skype / WhatsApp meeting with our head trainer to adjust your plan if needed.
