Online training and virtual coaching are a great ways to learn more about fitness techniques and training set ups, but also to keep track on progress and gains. With us, online training is simple, yet insightful and inspiring. Our app gives you access to a constantly growing database of over 4.000 exercises, routines, and tutorials. Per muscle group and attribute, there is a large variety of options to choose from. Each exercise includes video’s to show you the how-to and help you improve your technique. You can choose and drag exercises to your workout plan, and adjust the number of sets and repetitions to your preferences.You can always book an online appointment with your coach for program design or evaluation. Besides, we have designed some programs for you already. To serve as a basis, source of inspiration or as a kick start for your training. You’ll find programs for losing weight and gaining muscle as well as for improving vitality, performance, strength or stability. The Motifaith app can directly be synchronized with your Food track app, your Fit devices, and your (business) calendars. We expect you to bring your up-most will power, perseverance and persistence to the table - we will do the rest.

We want to make quality Training accessible to everyone. That’s why we decided to give full, unlimited access to our Motifaith Training app for only 9,95 per month. Our Trainers are always willing to provide you with insights and tips on your training ideas. Just find us in one of the training facilities or drop us a message. Besides, you can always extend your training with more dedicated 1:1 support. Being it measurements, coaching or nutrition guidelines.
