Your personal goals require a personal approach. That’s why we form groups of peers with similar goals that require a similar approach. Using a science-based training model as a basis, we design a group works out that works for each individual.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
Starts with an analysis of your lifestyle, based on the result we together choose for (or combine) our Total Body Workout sessions (training system that targets the whole body) and Bootcamp sessions (a combination of body weight, weight and interval exercises). We will evaluate your progress every 4 weeks, in a 15 min. meeting with our head trainer to adjust your plan if needed.

The trainer will pay close attention to your movement. It will be performed in the privet studio. The training program will be changed every 4-6 weeks and will be designed with evidence-based training methods. Our goal is to keep you motivated and progressive with the group surrounding.
