What to expect

An effective and impactful group training starts with an individual intake. In a one on one discussion of your lifestyle and physical history we determine your goals. We do this not only to create the best strategy for you, but also to be able to assign you to peers with similar objectives to make working on your goals more enjoyable together! With the support and guidance of the most suitable trainer – of course.

 

Together, and based on the outcome of our discussion, we decide to work with our Total Body Workout (TBW) sessions and / or Bootcamp sessions, 1-2 times a week. TBW is a training system that targets the whole body and is often performed as HIIT (High Intensity Interval Trainings) to increase fitness performance. Bootcamp sessions combine body weight, and interval exercises. The goal is to improve energy levels, modify one’s physique, and/or improve performance. Progress is measured by your group coach on a monthly basis and discussed with our Head Trainer upon request.

 

We expect you to bring your upmost enthusiasm and energy to the table – we will do the rest!

Prices

We want to make high-quality group training accessible to everyone. That’s why we organize sessions of different levels and durations, with different fees – varying from 45 to 55 euro per month. This plan also gives you full and unlimited access to our Motifaith training app. And as an additional gift, we offer you access to our personal food tracking app for free!

 

Besides, you can always upgrade your sessions with more personalized one on one support if you feel the need for it. Whether it is with tracking your progress, coaching or nutritional guidelines.
